At Block Shop, we want you to love your home textiles, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
